This Friday! This cherished annual holiday traditi This Friday! This cherished annual holiday tradition is enjoyed by thousands of residents and visitors. Downtown merchants open their doors for a festive evening of holiday shopping and complimentary refreshments. Downtown Benicia will come alive with carolers, costumed characters from My Once Upon A Time and live entertainment from Kris Kringle & The Mistletones. Wine and beer will be served at Benicia Main Street, 90 First Street. The tree lighting can be viewed at approximately 6:30pm, at the foot of First Street thanks to the support of the Benicia Community Foundation. This year, Benicia Community Foundation is enhancing the celebration with a dazzling Drone Show with an enchanting performances by the world-renowned VOENA Children’s Choir. First Street will be completely closed to traffic, allowing visitors to stroll the street, enjoying shopping, singing, and holiday cheer!
